OCR – Thanks for putting up your blog again!

This whole real estate does affect us much more than the atrocities occurring in other countries. Many of us were not interested in risking it all on liar loans to get our foot in the door and “buy” a house. Though many of us would like to own, it was obvious that purchasing w/those type of loans did not make sense to many of us.

The tax burden from the whole banking crisis will also affect us. All of it is personal when you look at it that way.

I missed the part in your profile where you listed your full name, address, and social security number. After all, by your standards, anyone who offers an opinion on something on the Internet without disclosing their full identity is up to no good.

Great theory you’ve got there: OCR exposes fraud and educates people to avoid catching the falling knives. But alas! The criminal mastermind that OCR is, he was just playing us and the whole San Diego real estate industry all along so he could buy a cheap house! The grand scheme – the ruse – crafted and perfected for years is finally a success! And now when OCR stands at the front window of his modest suburban home, wearing a dark hooded robe & sporting a on wooden staff with a skull at the top, he and his flying monkeys laugh aloud an evil heckle across the landscape of San Diego. “Mmmmwuaaahahahaaaaaa!!!”

Get a grip dude. You probably think we never landed on the moon either.

Your blog was the best of all the housing bubble blogs, and I read about 8 other housing blogs every day. I was forwarding links to your site for the past couple of years to convince friends not to buy a house/condo just yet.

I know you must be jonesing from not posting your humorous/sarcastic rantings. Hopefully you will reconsider, and reopen up the archives. Or re-open up the site as a paid subscription site, to keep the morons out. I’d gladly pay $20-$50 a year to read your style of writing. When something is free, you don’t think about paying for it, but when it is gone, people probably think, “Damn, I’d pay money to have that blog continue”. Maybe you could open it up again with the intent to get enough cash to buy new furnishings for your new place?
