Has anyone read the new book Billion Dollar Lies by Nick Marsch. He is the one that lost a Billion dollars to Lennar for the Bridges development. Looks interesting if you followed that story.

sounds interesting. I just remember that Lennar is known for “EI – Everything Included”

Nick Marsch, the author, is a slimeball himself.
