I am currently using sdlookup.com for my browsing pleasure. What really pisses me off the most and maybe it’s true of all of them is when I filter for SFH and fricking condos come up in the listings. Is it just me or does that irritate others as well?

Quick sob story: A friend of mine overpaid $592k in Murrieta in August 2007 for a 4/3, 2,600-sf. There’s a 5/3 3,400-sf right down the street listed today for $385k…now that HURTS.

First I use Zip (I don’t think they put the condos in.) I like their larger photos. Then I cross reference using the mls# with Redfin to get a more complete listing. I also cross ref with Realtor.com (they don’t list address-annoying) but have a little more info. I also use SDlook up. Then I always go to Zillow to get a good birdseye view, lot boundaries, etc. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. They are all in my favorites so it is quick. I like SDlookup’s feature, Today’s changes. Then, if I am really interested I always google earth to get the topography and see the surrounding areas.
