Unfortunately that seems to be the sentiment I hear from agents all over town. Short sales require lots of handholding and communication. Thats not possible when you are sitting on 200 short sale listings.

Are you still lurking? I’d like to talk with someone other than “George” about a listing.Perhaps a person who is professionally engaged in the listing in question? Perhaps this person can at least confirm or deny for me that it is a dead listing? If it is live,perhaps the agent with the file can answer a few basic questions, so I can feel that, as you say, you respect your colleagues and so that I can properly serve within the frame work of OUR industry.

You told us short sales were easy and you would have no problem getting them done for your clients.It sounds like you are getting a small taste of what Adam and I deal with on a daily basis.
