It sounds like this place has some issues that need to be fixed and are not cheap – but a drop from the original list price of 450K last February to 184K now is pretty steep.
The repairs must be pretty costly – coupled with location, it certainly wasn’t going to get 450, but it is quickly getting down to 120/square foot. Or is this maybe just the bank trying to get rid of this place?
