Cool, thanks. What about the 16 lock boxes at my property but only 1 is listed in MLS? Is there a way to find out about these properties? I assume they are bank owned, and not released to agent yet?

I can just imagine what it’s really like out there. Man. People all should be praying TPTB just the list these one at a time over however long it takes and not release them like the BP gusher.

FYI, alot of times those lockboxes are for rentals or have been left behind that agents who left the business. My guess is most of them arent shadow inventory at all.

I assume this is at a condo in which case it means your HOA sucks. It hasn’t established a policy requiring the lock boxes to be clearly labeled by unit number and removed when the property is no longer listed. No one will know what box goes with what unit and half the keys won’t be in the right box.

I assume this is at a condo in which case it means your HOA sucks. It hasn’t established a policy requiring the lock boxes to be clearly labeled by unit number and removed when the property is no longer listed. No one will know what box goes with what unit and half the keys won’t be in the right box.
