“Then the Fed will be forced to buy treasuries to avoid default”
they already are
“Fed just bought 47% of the fresh Treasury debt that was issued the week before”
http://consultingbyrpm.com/blog/2009/08/fed-already-monetizing-debt.html“Folks, this is beyond bad – it is pernicious and outrageous conduct by The Federal Reserve in conspiracy with the Primary Dealers, both of which are now desperately trying to prop up the US Government Bond Market through subterfuge rather than just buying up the bond issue from Treasury when originally put to the market!”

I didn’t say anything about secrecy
Americans are so clueless about economics and how a fiat currency / banking system works that they can be screwed in broad daylight by the elite people who actually run this planet
I have to acknowledge, however, that this clueless-ness is intentionally instilled and cultivated by TPTB – they have obfuscated the system so they can tell the sheeple, “it is too complicated for you to understand – leave it to us professionals – American Idol is about to start, isn’t it?”

what?
we’re going to back our currency and bonds with US real estate? manufacturing facilities? energy plants / distribution systems? mines and mills?
