Hello. My elderly Aunt is acting as an executor for a friend that is much older (87). She helped this friend gather 5 years of bank statements to apply for Medicaid and Bank of America charged $3,000.00 for this service. Does this sound right? My Aunt and the person she is helping are not in a position to drop 3k on bank statements, but needed to apply for Medicaid.
