[SD Transplant]

Looking for Pigg’s advice. Noticed a property in Poway that’s back with the bank (REO) per UCGal’s sdlookup comments.

What I’d like to know if anyone knows info the (1) area, (2) community, (3)this particular house/layout, (4) value/price…It seems a little on the higher value per sq. foot. no bids… Appreciate any feedback.

They show the dates of foreclosure a little different than what I posted – show it listed on 9/27, and sold/foreclosed on 10/5… but that could be a paperwork type thing. (I try to post on sdlookup the day it is sold/back-to-bene on the steps.)
