About the high school…I think there are a lot of people HOPING the High School will continue to improve as the kids scoring well from elementary and middle school feed into SMHS…or that they will eventually build a new one. So it is a bit of a risk for H.S. but I know plenty of kids doing just fine there.

Heck, LCC in the ‘elite’ 92009 has an API of 805 – not much higher.
I also am in the hope camp that expects the demographics to improve as La Costa Greens, Ridge, Rancho Carillo, and SEH all feed into it.
By the way ocr – my La Jolla commute was leaving at 715 and coming back at 530. 30 minutes best day, 40 minutes worst – much better than I thought.
I still rent in SEH but will be buying soon.

How bout window treatments on new 4,000 sq ft home? Paint and other finishing touches. I’m thinking that new 800K Stonebridge home is going to come in closer to 950K or even $1M to get it to look like the ones in SEH for 800K.
Oh yeah, there also that thing called the Pacific Ocean. For my money, if you are going to live in on the 15 corridor why not just go to Phoenix?
