This is now called “Pacific Beach Sands” and a google will bring up the link and also some real estate blogs stating that “Windemere’s New Home Division” has secured the listing and that the 2 BR/2 BA start in the mid $400s. No pricing on the Pacific Sands site though. It is apparently a mix of commercial and residential space according to the Pacific Sands site. Still looks dark and empty though when you go by it.
