Auction in Valencia

Just saw an “open house” type sign that read:

Home selling on Sunday Night
To Best Bid
Inspection Sat & Sunday 10-5
(I believe it was a Help-U-Sell sign)

I will go view the home tomorrow and also attend the bidding process. This is in Valencia, CA.

We’re all itching to know what happened at the auction!
Correct me if I am wrong, but I’m under the impression
that auction sales are the norm in certain places (Australia?). Wouldn’t it be cool if it was here, too?
