DCRogers
ParticipantA previous thread pointed to a tiny home for sale on Hawlay (5049 Hawley Blvd)

The for-sale sign is now gone; perhaps it has sold?
As one of the more marginal homes north of Adams, it will likely be a bell-weather for the lower end prices in this part of 92116.

ParticipantRicechex,
Including 92104 makes sense, I had even thought about that earlier in the day. I am still pondering what to include. Do you have any suggestions?DCRogers, That property is still listed as a short sale. As SDR has discussed it could be subject to pricing that the lender just won’t accept or any other kind of rigmarole.
I have been reluctant to start a thread like this, even though I have been encouraged to, because I feel sensitive to the owners who are likely going through a tough time. I don’t want to do something that amounts to gossip on my part. I guess I will try to walk that fine line.
I think sdr has done a good job keeping his “Carmel Valley Monitor” data oriented and keeping the stories to a minimum. I am not sure 92104 & 92116 will have the same data as that. I will try to get something started in the next couple of days on both zip codes, one thread.Again, suggestions appreciated.December 7, 2007 at 7:26 PM #111906NotCranky
