4901N. 34th street is being auctioned on 12/09/07 @4:00 pm. Starting bid is 375k. I tried to bring a link from zillow or sd.lookup but this property details don’t come up, probably because of the auction. Zillow has property details just not current listing info. the property looks to have been fixed up to sell.
The listing says.”Suggested opening bid at auction does not mean that 1st bid will not be lower, or that the final bid price will not be significantly higher than the suggested opening bid.”
Anyway, I am posting this because DCrogers and several others either live in or show interest in this area. I pay attention to it because I lived there for most of 1986-2005 and would probably target the area for re-hab and rental properties in the future.
I am open to starting some sort of “monitor” thread for this area. If anyone wants to give some parameters they would like to see in a thread like that, let me know.

What part of living there is getting on your nerves? It has changed a lot and has always been pretty eclectic in housing stock and inhabitant traits. Population or at least, vehicle population has seemed to have skyrocketed. Definitely not everybody’s cup of tea.
