Lemme ask you, sdr. In the times in your life when YOU were a principal in a RE transaction and also licensed, did you represent yourself or give your cut of the commission to another agent??
All the agents I know represent themselves on their own transactions. You said yourself, it’s not rocket science. It really can’t be compared to addressing a court in the time allotted with all your ducks in a row :=]
