    I was thinking that we could post areas that buying actually makes some sense.

    What do you guys think?

    Mira Mesa – yes currently 33 properties 350k lower (redfin)

    Clairemont – yes? (at work, can’t search)

    Mira Mesa – 9 out of the last 35 SFR sales, sold below asking. The rest are at or above asking. There are currently 87 SFR on the MLS and 42 SFR closed in December. That’s a little bit more than 2 months supply. These are just some stats.
