GuestBig fan of the show as well. Provides good insight to how irrational sellers can be regarding the value of their home. I have a theory that people get used to their surroundings and tend to not notice the things that stick out to buyers. Things such as old carpet, cabinet doors that do not close all the way and stinky rooms.
