I haven’t had a chance to spend much time on Piggington as of late, but has anyone noticed the freakishly hot rental market?
I’ve had a few different clients looking for rentals the last few months, but the last few weeks have just been crazy. I know summer is here, but rentals in some areas has literally jumped by 20% in days. High end rentals are moving higher and the low end stuff is slowly creeping up.
I knew it was coming, but if just seems to be happening so fast. Anyone else noticing the rental market increases? I’m in the north county coastal market, but I’ve seen some homes inland also have a similar bounce in rents. Supply is dwindling!
