So we drove around this neighborhood yesterday, peeked in some windows, went into some backyards. There are a lot more for sale/bank-owned than I saw on Redfin. Some have a lot of upgrades and look nice, some are very basic and slightly trashed.
We’re intrigued enough that we’ll be making an appointment with an agent to see the floor plans ourselves, but still not seriously considering it.

We’re intrigued enough that we’ll be making an appointment with an agent to see the floor plans ourselves, but still not seriously considering it.
