Check this one out, certainly priced to try for a bidding war but $74 a sq ft is the lowest I’ve seen and it is the middle model in that tract. It says three stories but it really isn’t, it’s a split level, the one with the wine cellar I spoke of.

Like all opinions, in the 300’s I don’t like them, in the two’s, my mind has been changed. It’s still not for me, too big for one person but a fellow pigg about to catch a knife, this one isn’t that sharp, I’m coining a new phrase “butterknife house.” Let’s see if this phrase catches on.
