When we were in the neighborhood a few months ago, I think this was a short sale. We bumped into a realtor who was doing an open at another house and she REFUSED to show us this one (I think it was this one) because she said she “will not handle any shorts.”

It says three stories but it really isn’t, it’s a split level, the one with the wine cellar I spoke of.

There are no pics up yet but the comps listed below have some of the same model, same sq ft.
Like all opinions, in the 300’s I don’t like them, in the two’s, my mind has been changed. It’s still not for me, too big for one person but a fellow pigg about to catch a knife, this one isn’t that sharp, I’m coining a new phrase “butterknife house.” Let’s see if this phrase catches on.
