It’s a terrible floorplan, I toured them new and looked at many repo/auction ones recently. The three story model has two separate sets of stairs, one in the front and one in the rear, the third floor does not connect and possibly the second either, so to get from one room on the third floor to another, it’s down two flight and then accross the main floor then up two. It also has a tandem offset garage so you can really only get one car into it and then negotiate backward to get out and not park anything in the driveway, which explains the large number of cars on the street.
The other two floorplans are wacky as well. One had a neat below ground wine cellar but they closed it a few times in the model because of flooding so I imagine they all have problems, this isn’t really basement country. They are nice looking but more flash than substance, a little gimmicky and in a tough market it is these types that fall hardest. Also, none have views and many have giant slopes. Large quantities of monster trucks as well. While it is in the redhawk hoa, it is so far removed from it that is isn’t really considered redhawk by many locals since it is on the other side of vail ranch and North of Morgan, it’s kinda like a penninsula of redhawk without the benefit of being near the golf course or having views.
Bearvine, good to see you around.

Though surely we are wrong. the agent say ‘THIS HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!’
I particularly ‘like’ the clashing architectural styles on the front and the close proximity overlooking though the patio doors.

I prefer to enjoy reading a thread like this instead of flipping through cable TV channels.
To think, someone paid three quarters of a million dollars for that place, in Temecula! Moronic.
Definitely check out the “street level” view on Google Maps:
