Re: Children. I am about as inherently narcissistic as they come and I have four buckaroos! While parenting is stressful and costly and burdensome and flat out hard, I can’t think of a more joyful, fulfilling honor. Parenting done responsibly forces the focus off of you and onto others and that in and of itself makes the world an incrementally better place.
As for Hornet – PERFECT!

While parenting is stressful and costly and burdensome and flat out hard, I can’t think of a more joyful, fulfilling honor. Parenting done responsibly forces the focus off of you and onto others and that in and of itself makes the world an incrementally better place.
