I recently found out about this fellow and his 8.6 year cycle. In 1997 he predicted what happened on Monday, to the day. He seems to be a real character. He’s currently in jail, and the story behind that is rather strange. Our goverment has been holding this guy in prison for seven years and all he is charged with is contempt of court. As I understand it, our government and others want his data he used to create his 8.6 year cycle chart. I have more info on all this, but it is just too much to write. I was just wondering if others have heard of him.
It is interesting that Feb 27 was predicted to be turning point in the business cycle. April 23, 2009 is the next turning point. ….Perhaps a buy spot for RE?
Interesting opinions. Partly based on fact, partly based on witches-brew. I am fascinated in various types of modeling and I like the fact that he understands there are countless variables involved. Although I don’t necessarily subscribe to his 8.6 year cycle, I did add the 2.15 sub-cycle dates to my Outlook calendar. I think it will be an interesting way to see if this theory plays out over time.
