    We are considering making an offer on this house…is anyone an expert on the area? How concerning is the trailer park adjacent? Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

    Thats in my wheelhouse. I need to do some more research on that particular house for you first. Several of the homes in that area are manufactured homes built off site and assembled there. Need to see if this is one. Also need to do some checking on a few other things. PM me if you have specifics you dont want asked in public forum.

    That’s a very cute house, even if it is kinda pricey.

    1. It IS a trailer park, and I believe it’s not a senior park (senior parks aren’t a problem, IMHO). From what I understand, that trailer park can be a bit rough.

    2. You’re going to be getting train noise there. Just something to keep in mind.

    If you live near the beach you will get train noise, Summer beach traffic and eclectic neighbors. Thats a fact of life and does not vary in any beachtown in North County.
