I like plan 4, I think its layout is much better than any floor plan in Bridle Ridge and Carriage Run.
Without consideration of the difference of price and down payment between Highlands Village ($600,000) and Bridle Ridge ($800,000), the monthly payment (mortgage + over$300 HOA) for Highlands Village plan 4 (no yard, 2000sf, attached townhouse) will be the same as Bridle Ridge plan 1 (with yard, 2300 sf, single family house)……
It was originally going to feature a upscale stripmall, but they postponed that. Expensive. Nice but expensive. Good location to schools.
The problem with the remaining homes on Bridle Ridge and Carriage run, is they’re in off locations too close to the power lines imho.
If I’d were you, I’d try to pick up a CarriageRun/Saratoga/Derby Hills on the way down, if that ever happens. I have my eye on a Plan 3 of DH myself, still waiting for that 30% decline 🙂
