ParticipantThanks for the compliment rockem…
As you know our good friend on Countryhaven crashed and burned and cancelled his listing.
Perry/Cardiff, I agree with you guys, in social situations I don’t say much when the topic comes up. If I am asked I say I think it is going down but I don’t engage in long conversations. However in those same conversations I do recommend this site to people.

Countryhaven is a very desirable area and I’m surprised that home didn’t sell. Is that area being hit hard by this downturn as well?

ParticipantTo early to tell…that area has stood up pretty well to the downturn. That previous listing as you know cancelled. There are a few actives, 140 countrywood at 475k, 1920 Park Dale at 475k, (both of them the 1459 sf plan) 213 countryhaven at 495-505k, 1918 park dale at 490-510k…

ParticipantJust for you Rustico I’ll clean it up. You may want to let her read a few threads before I put myself back in the box, my grandma thinks I’m hillarious.

Participantsdr you are preaching to the choir man. Remember I was on the receiving end of his tirade when he called me up to whine about bringing down the comps in his area.
I cannot believe he rejected 515k!!!
