Another Data Source

There is always a wealth of information here for tracking the current market conditions. I don’t recall ever seeing this site mentioned as a data point so I’ll pass it along. I got it from a co-worker that used to live in SD, he’s still following the insanity of housing as he puts it.

Maybe this data is easily found elsewhere but I found the $/sqft/zip interesting. I don’t recall seeing it else where but that could be due to a lack of web savvy on my part.
