Is it possible that my children will not be able to attend SEH schools in the future when the school is overcrowded? I mean this is still the closest school to our home.
You should really look into this. Unfortunately I dont know the answers. Regarding the power lines, if they are in eye shot of the property (can you see them from any room or are they visible in front or back of the home) i would think it is a negative on resale, along with being that close.

February 5, 2011 at 12:54 AM #662978jimminycrikutParticipantyou can see it from the house. There are many power towers all over SEH. I do not know how much this will affect the resale value. SEH seems to be a great place to live and to raise kids. However, there seems to be too many distressed properties in this area so I’m worried that there will be more downward pressure in price.

If I’m concern, I’m sure the next buyer will be concern as well. How much more will you pay for a similar home without the power tower?
