Ironic, I was just talking to some coworkers about how certain cities are more expensive than others for no real apparent reason, other than people just like living there.
I brought up this exact comparison. That the two are very similar in terms of being secluded, dark and rather private lots.
If you don’t have to brag to people about living in one of the most expensive areas of the country (RSF) but are looking for that lifestyle, I think Alpine fits the bill perfectly.
