Standard Pacific was releasing the final phase of this complex. Has there been many resales and how have prices held up. Thought that they did a fairly good job with the floor plans here although it is difficult to visit 2000 square foot homes and then walk into a 1400 sq ft townhome. The mind can play tricks on you if you are unaware of framing mechanism when comparing one against the other.
They are sold out last I checked. I saw one plan 1 or 2 listed as a foreclosure sale. Resale are still asking builder’s price at this point. Which mean, 450-475k for plan 1,2 and mid 500k for plan 3,4.
