ParticipantI believe before escrow closes you have to sign off stating that all requested repairs were completed to your satisfaction,do you not remember such a form, I’m sure the title company has it.

ParticipantYes, there was a form we signed at the end of the inspection, however we annotated that the work had not been completed. They hired someone to come replace the spa lamp the next day, that was when they found the problem.
