I don’t understand how anyone can look at this chart and think that real estate has ANY chance of bottoming prior to late 2011 and, more realistically, 2012
But I also don’t understand paying over $500K for a low quality tract home that can be rented for less than the ownership costs
And I certainly don’t understand how anyone could be interested in buying condos at this point – condos are a bad investment in almost any real estate market much less a declining market
Guess I’m just weird
