December 16, 2012 at 6:39 AM #756372AnonymousGuestAhhh I can totally relate to this post – I just refinanced and during my research realized that there are quite a few “Absolutes”…..
I just refinanced with Absolute Mortgage Company in West Chester Pennsylvania – http://www.absolutemortgageco.com – this company is awesome – had no issues at all – I can recommend them.
There’s also another one in PA in the same general area as Absolute Mortgage Company – Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation (ahmcloans.com). Can’t speak on them – have never used them….

December 17, 2012 at 9:38 AM #756444AnonymousGuestHi! Thank you so much for posting this! I’m the Head of Marketing for Absolute Mortgage of Washington State and I have been extremely concerned of the number of companies using ‘our’ name. Unfortunately because we are all in different states its perfectly legal.
Absolute Mortgage of Washington State is a wonderful home loan lending institute. I can’t speak for the others but I would be surprised if any lending company was ‘scamming’ these days due to the strict lending guidelines since the crash in 2008. I hope my feedback helps! If you were ever wondering if your Loan Advisor you are working with is legit or the institution you can simply look them up here. http://www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org/entitydetails.aspx/COMPANY/81395
Happy house hunting all!

Can anyone comment on this? I know Amerisave provides an extra money to cover all escrow and all during closing lone. I am not yet found absolutemortgage would also do that kind of covering closing costs and all?
December 28, 2012 at 12:58 PM #7569025yearwaiterParticipantTodays rates from AMERISAVE.com showing 30 years fixed as 3.25 with APR 3.28 for 400K loan is giving back money as around 5K(can cover for escrow and related expenses). I assume rates will go down for sure at least it may touch 3.0 soon
