    Yes, this is a good time. I am not in a hurry since I don’t expect the prices to bounce back quickly. I will take my time to find the right place. I wish the UTC mall high rise would be built since all condo stock in UTC is pretty old. I would like to have a modern downtown type condo in the UTC/La Jolla area. Maybe in the fall or early next year I’ll start making offers but first I need to find something I really like.

    It looks like the prices are going slowly up now in certain areas.
