Hawk are you sure about that? How does the tenant get a free 9-12 months in the case of a trustee sale? I know of a case right now where the lender is evicting the tenants.

No there has been no notice of default or any other “funny” mail coming to my house.
I do not understand how I would get 9-12 months free if it forecloses but would like to learn more. π
