ParticipantI didn’t realize it only had 2BRs. At over 3000 sqft you take it for granted that it would have ample bedrooms. In my opinion it’s also lacking curb appeal, but what I found astonishing is that the $1.6 mil purchase price was a good year after the peak, in June of 07!
