    Gents,

    It appears a company is doing what WALK AWAY is doing but with some more features. This should help the market cleanse out quicker…seems like foreclosure is the in thing now. Check it out…..fireplace and all….ha ha.

    HWG,

    I am sure this won’t be the last company doing this and in some sense I thinnk it will help us get to the bottom quicker and keep people from getting taken advantage of by the banks.

    I don’t think loan mods, workouts, or forbearance help people but rather the banks. It just delays the inevitable.
