    I couldn’t help but notice today, and it has probably been going on for a while, but CNN no longer has their “Millionare in the Making” links which always referenced people and their rising home equity. Now they have “Help Me Sell My House” links. How is THAT for a sign of the times.

    That link didn’t work. I guess Rich doesn’t like Safari very much.

    What strikes me most is the hubris. Yeah, the seller NEEDS the profit because he wants a bigger house with a pool! What makes him think that buyers should bail him out?
