I am looking for feedback/comments on when to buy a house in Del Cerro, 92120. We are currently renting in the area and will probably eventually buy. But looking at the attached chart, it seems waiting would be prudent as the direction of prices is probably still down.
I wouldn’t know when, but waiting is in your favor I think. House come up for sale less often than other neighborhoods, and that has slowed the downward spiral somewhat. Even now with the median price in the city going up, 92120 is still declining.
