California Cove defaulted on their San Elijo project. The NOD was filed in April. There’s also a ton of mechanics liens against them.

I wonder if they have any buyers under contract.

There was also a deed transfer from California Cove to SEH Development Co. earlier this month.

Did they deed the project back to the developer?
