I really don’t see how that area doesn’t become a ghost town. Wasn’t it built up during the run up? I know the types of loans that are in that area. They don’t stand a chance. That area will be absolutely destroyed in 12-24 months.
Antilla and Orion were built out between mid-’05 and mid-’06. Horizon Ct was built slightly later.
I don’t see it becoming a ghost town, I expect to see two thirds of the original owners leaving, the remaining one third getting bailed out by FHA.
