ParticipantSan Raphael. They bought it for 815 at 100% back in September of 06. Looks like if they are gonna sell it it will be short. I saw another distressed home in there a few weeks back. Never followed up to see if it went to foreclosure or not.

ParticipantThe only positive about this pricing is that it’s comparable to what these places were selling for a few years ago.
A friend of mine lived in this development; he bought new when they first released for high $300’s. He sold in the mid $700’s a few years ago and upgraded to a house up the hill on Lago Di Grata.

ParticipantCan anyone suggest a neighborhood in CV where there are larger lots than the Pardee developments off the 56? Having looked at the Santa Rosa and Arabella developments, the fact that the homes are brand new are attractive (along with being green), but the lots being so small, with the smallest backyards makes it unappealing.

ParticipantSo.. if he bought it for high 300’s in 2000, do you think a place like this could end up in the high 400’s by the end of this whole thing?
