thanks for your input. we just recently moved to SD and are looking to buy in the del cerro area becuz my husband works nearby and we would like my son to go to Hearst Elementary. We are planning on going to the open house for this house this weekend, but I just wanted to see if anyone here had any scoop on the house. Thanks again!

One in particular is 5667 Raymar that was listed a while back. The owner has another property over by Hearst, on Lomond, (not sure if she ever listed it), but it was passed down through family and I believe she wanted out.

Maybe she wants out more than ever since she was not reasonable with her price before and didn’t ever lower her price enough to sell. So she very likely still has both places and may be looking for an exit on at least one! (She wanted to sell both and upgrade, at least earlier this year that was her plan).
Maybe one of the realtors on this board can go to the MLS and get the owner’s name and contact info, then you can contact her.
Or you could go to the county assessor website:
http://tinyurl.com/clxfocput in the address and you will get the owner’s name. Then you can google her name and the contact info is right there. (or go to pipl.com and do the same). Scary!
