Yep, there’s a bunch in there. The forum at sdlookup mentions lawsuits and another tower going up, hence the huge cuts in prices for some of the units. For example:

IE there are several construction defect lawsuits that have been in process along with the construction of a new tower that will essentially destroy the views. So yes it’s the first 50% reduction but not exactly reflective of the rest of the market (don’t worry, they will catch up).

This is a nice dual master suite unit on the second floor with easy access to huge common area balcony. Great value at less than $310/sq. Ft. Bring your value-oriented buyers.”
Bring your value-oriented buyers…who writes this stuff! Wasn’t sure that we had different classifications of buyers. It’s like the investment style boxes of mutual funds.
They also forgot to include.
-Great views of planes flying overhead
-Perfect for wedding crashers as they have at least 1 every week in the Don Ron roomAugust 22, 2007 at 5:17 PM #79454waterboyParticipant“Bank-owned foreclosure. Sold as is. Price just reduced!
