I beg to differ, jstoesz. MH IS full of retirees, many with small mortgages. 30% of a $3500 monthly retirement income is $1050 per month. If this is PITI, remember Prop 13?? I would surmise that many MH homes are close to being paid off by now, if not already paid off.
