It sold for 908K in February last year. They are now asking 4.9 million for it. Did this property gain over 500% value in one years time (in a lousy market) or is the seller possibly in fantasy land?

Well, I don’t have 5 million. But if I won the lottery and suddenly had that kind of money laying around, I wouldn’t buy that place for 5 million. Not w/the way the market is and I’m not so impressed w/it. I don’t think it warrants and justifies 5 million. View is great, but I think the place is ugly. I’ve seen better in Dream Homes for much less.
