4s Ranch- Silhouette

I’m not sure about the cul de sac lots you mentioned. Maybe those lots are a little bigger than most of the silhouettes’ lot size. You can call the sale office to confirm that. Regarding the detached office, I know some people actualy don’t like it since a lot guys, like me, prefer to have a bedroom downstairs as the guest room, especially for elderly parernts’visiting. But it really depends. For your case, maybe it’s a good option. For Anderlusia and Monte Luz, they were selling houses with relatively bigger lots around 7000-8000 sf. Again, it’s purely up to buyer’s taste. Good luck to you!

We looked at these a while back and didn’t like the external room since getting there at night or in the rain (rain here?) seems not fun.

It also seems not as safe since it’s not attached to the main house if someone wanted to just break into that room.

However, it would be great as a home office if you have clients visiting or an exercise room (it has it’s own air con) since it’s away and separate so probably just depends on the buyer.

Overall, we liked plan 3 best, but didn’t like how the TV/media area is sorta off center from where you would put a couch.

I’d recommend calling the office to see the lot sizes.

Hi babymnl, I digged out an old thread for the comparison of the 3000+ sf houses in 4S ranch, which did not include the current Anderlusia and Monte Luz houses.

I think for now there are still some Pienza houses on sale but under a different builder’s name (Sedona?). Hope this will help.
