4s Ranch- Silhouette

Silhouette at 4S Ranch has recently released a new phase. We are very insterested in purchasing a home in this community and was wondering if anyone has any information regarding the new release. I haven’t had a chance to visit yet so if anyone has any information I would appreciate it! pros/cons of this community/area, do they have big lots?

looks like some investors purchased residual lots and are now finishing up Silhouette from where John Laing Homes left off.

$680,000 for 3,080 sqft, or $220/sqft.

a bit high but 4S is in demand.

I went to the silhouette office and also walked around the new houses for a while. All the houses are close to the elementary school so it will be a little noisy during the school time (typicall it’s between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.) But as some people said before, maybe comparing with middle/high school, it’s not so bad. The lots are not so big, most of which are around 5000sf. I saw a few big lots there but not sure when they will start to build houses on them. BTW, babymnl, I’m also curious why you like Sihouette? Anderlusia and Monte luz are building some large lot houses at the north of 4S ranch. If you like large lots maybe you should have a visit there. Just my 2 cents.
