ParticipantDude, those great schools are being polluted with the non-English speaking children of financial Darwin-award candidates.
PUSD and many others will be greatly diluted in the coming years…wait till “section 8” comes to 4S.
By the way, the construction quality in much of 4S is actually quite poor and will not stand the test of time.

ParticipantIt may not be what you want and I am not shopping there either, but make no mistake, we aren’t indicative of the majority. In looking at the big picture, there will be plenty of knife catchers long before this house hits 500k, so many that the olympic knife catching team will move it’s headquarters there.

ParticipantAn all brick-sided, picket-fence walled 4,000 sq-ft brand new house with granite kitchen and half-acre yard in Central Texas can be had for $250,000 currently. There are green meadows, sunshine, and plenty of spring waters to go with that.
Give or take $200,000 for the weather-and-surfing tax, the same San Diego house should only add up to $450,000 for comparison. Anything above that should be outrageous. After all, you don’t want to overpay for the trickle of undiluted water from the Colorado river infused with Moab, Utah’s toxic dumpsite kool-aid watering the 4-Closure lawns.

You mean there will still be knife catching lenders? You don't suppose there will be knife catching cash buyers, do you?
