Someone told me that Fieldstone is offering their plan 3 (3365 sq ft) at $750k + $70k incentives. Currently, is this the best deal in 4S ?

Wow, dropping fast. Can’t believe I called it a little over a month ago.

High sixes and no reason it should stop there. Patience, patience…

Of course, it’s an incentive, so you have to upgrade the damn place, but it’s still a sign things are moving in the right direction.

…unless you’re Fieldstone, of course!

Are you sure about the 70K? Which lot did they state that was for? We just went on Tuesday and they only had 15K incentives…as far as we are aware, Silhouette has the best incentives at 35K. Fieldstone seems to be holding on to their prices…John Laing seems to be more flexible.

How much “stuffs” can one expect to get for $70k worth of upgrades ?

1. Granite for the entire kitchen & all bathrooms ?
2. Travetine flooring ?

I think the builder dole out incentives according to how hard you negotiate/bargain.

gn you are correct… they really pump up the cost of the upgrades…. it is crazy how much they charge per upgrade.
